
67% of the American women take time to choose the right beauty products and do not usually buy products thoughtlessly. Three quarters of the questioned women said they spend money on beauty products that make them happy.
It also turns out that the market is quite conservative. Most women prefer to buy brands they know, to trying relatively unknown and sometimes exotic products. 72% would rather invest in a brand that has been out there for a while, instead of a new one.
The research also shows that the use of moisturizers has increased tremendously, together with eye cream, SPF products, eye-liner and foundation, compared with the year before.
