We run into dozens of beauty ads on a daily basis, though it's not something specifically for our time. Ever since the 1800's, beauty campaigns exist to promote the latest products. The ads themselves have completely changed over the years: the models, the text and the overall appearance.
It's fun to see how the designs of the past is todays inspiration for 'new' advertisements.
