Days after her first performance since giving birth to her daughter, Beyonce shared how she got rid of that 'pesky' pregnancy weight. And the answer is fairly simple: eating salad and running on the tread mill. Sure it was a lot of hard work, but those 27 kilo's of extra weight are gone and she looks more toned than ever. But she does love to spoil herself, like she said: 'Tonight I'm going to get myself nauseous from eating chocolate!'
