We're pretty sure that no one has missed this one, but last weekend another celebrity baby was born. Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z welcomed their first daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, into the world.
For weeks, rumours were all over the place about the place and time of her giving birth. During the holidays, she was even said to be seen in the hospital. But none of it was true.
Until this weekend. After several congratulatory tweets by Gwyneth Paltrow, Russell Simmons, Rihanna and Solange (Beyonce's sister), there was no denying it.
So: Beyonce & Jay-Z, congratulations on your baby girl. We wish you all the best.
