Hair | Fishtail
We are huge fans of the website The Beauty Department, founded by Lauren Conrad. And why, you ask? Because this beautiful looking blog is filled with fun, surprising tutorials, like the one below:

The fishtail braid looks very complicated, but is actually pretty easy to do yourself. Especially when you've seen the instructions. For the complete how-to guide, click here.
It's an ideal hairstyle for a summer day, combined with a romantic dress.

H&M Campaign | Photoshop
Of course, every brand uses photoshop to make their campaigns look flawless, but at H&M they really really like the program. For their newest ad campaign they made the models looking ultra-tanned.

Not everybody was as pleased with the results, seeing that there have been many complaints. But a German street artist from Hamburg thought better of it.. He added the photoshop toolbar to many of the large H&M posters hanging around his city. Both genius and effective, if you ask us. What do you think?

Vogue cover | Adele
She may be one of the worlds best selling musicians, not everything she touches turns into gold. We are talking about British singing sensation Adele. A few months ago she was on the cover of the British Vogue, and that edition became one of the worst selling editions ever. Not the best of news.. That shows yet again that popularity doesn't always mean success.
Although we don't really get why it didn't sell so well, because we loved her cover.

That said, she was also on cover of the American Vogue. There aren't any sales number out yet, so we're curious to here what that magazine did. Because at the moment, Adele is huge in the States!

Nails | Orange
We have a distinct feeling that Holland is going to win the European Championship this year. So what better way to encourage our national team than with perfectly manicured football-inspired nails in our national colour: orange.
In the tutorial below you'll see how to turn your hands in football-lovers, orange-style.
All you need is orange and white nail polish (and blue and red if you decide to go all the way), little football images and a transparent coating, with glitter if you like. Click here to view the tutorial.

We are the champions!

Style star | Kate Hudson
After her small performance at Yolanda's wedding (she's one of the 'Dutch Hollywood women, soon to be one of the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) we realized once again how much we like Kate Hudson. We all know her mother, actress Goldie Hawn, but she has never been in her mother's shadow when it comes to her career. She made it to the top of the entertainment industry by herself, and is planning to stay there for a while.

She started out in 1998 with the movie Desert Blue, raking in 8000 dollars at the time. And with one of her last movies Bride Wars, she earned a whopping 7 million dollars! Talk about stepping it up..
That she appeared on the lists such as FHM's sexiest women alive, VH1's 100 Hotties and Maxim Magazine Hot 100, says enough about her good looks, but she's also fun and she has her own style. She loves the bohemian chic style and buys a lot of her clothes at vintage shops.

Homemade | Body shimmer
What is even more beautiful then a healthy, shining skin that is sun-kissed? All that, plus a light golden glow that makes your skin shine even more. And the good news is that you don't need any expensive products to get it, just your favorite body lotion and a small jar with gold micro mineral pigment (the powder variation, and nó glitters.. Save that for the christmas tree). It also works with an old golden eye shadow.

What to do:
- Put some of your favorite body lotion in a small bowl and mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of the gold powder (to start).
- Stir it well until the color is consistent. If you want, add a little extra powder until you get the right color.
- Scoop the lotion into an empty jar for good storage.
- Use the lotion to get a golden glow!

Do you prefer a body oil, or would love to get that glow when you're lying at the beach? Then worry no longer, because the gold powder can just as well be added to your sunscreen, your oil, or any other similar products.

Hair | Big volume
One of our biggest hair issues is about volume, or rather: the lack of it. Only a few people on this planet are blessed with natural voluminous hair. The rest of us need to stack up on extra supplies to create some volume. But with so much on the market these days, it's hard to know what's good for your hair. And the fact that you've got the products, does not mean that you know how to use them.
We have found a tutorial where it is explained exactly what to do, what to use, in what order. And the result looks fabulous! Definitely worth the try.

Report | Miami
Last Wednesday I came back from a lovely week in sunny Miami! At least that's what you expect: a lot of sun.. The weather forecasts were bad, if not horrible, and the days before we arrived they had more than enough rain to cope with. Luckily the sun started to shine the day after we arrived, so we were able to enjoy some rays the whole week we were there!

Miami is a very special town. Miami Beach is the more touristy part of town with a lot of hotels and restaurants on a tiny bit of space, together with adorable shops like Victoria's secret, American Apparel, American Vintage, Intermix and many more.

We especially made a bunch of pictures of the food. Everything was just so delicious.

Talk about a welcome
Super crispy pizza @ Terrazzo
You gotta have at least once: the All American breakfast
A hotelroom with a view
Asia de Cuba
Spicy carpaccio @ Asia de Cuba
Best shrimp curry ever.. @ Asia de Cuba
Ice cold water with fruity flavours (must-try)
Pina Colada!
The Setai - Most beautiful hotel of Miami
Ready for some food!
Crab-avocado roll @ The Setai
Peking Duck @ The Setai
Apple cinnamon cake @ Prime
Lamb chops @ Hakkasan
Seriously missing the lovely weather

Restaurant | Wolfslaar
We at Céleste Originals absolutely love good food, especially if we can eat it at a beautiful location. Restaurant Wolfslaar (Breda - Holland) combines these two elements, making it a great place to enjoy the food and the interior. The restaurant is a former coach-house and is located in the midst of the lush nature. Besides the possibility to celebrate your wedding, have a conference or throw a small party, you can also simply enjoy the good food! Good portions, delicious tasting combinations and it looks wonderful too. We are definitely coming back.

Style Star | Shea Marie
This time ourStyle Star isn't a Hollywood star, but Shea Marie from the well-known fashion blog CHEYENNE meets CHANEL. Why? Because these days, the front row seats at fashion shows aren't just filled with famous actresses, singers and editors anymore. The number of fashion blogs is still growing and some of the girls have made quite a name for themselves in the international fashion world. Like Shea Marie.

The 24-year-old blogger lives in West Hollywood, CA. At the moment her blog has a whopping 25.000 visitors a day, from over 150 countries. Cheyenne and Chanel are her alter-egos, based on her own life. Cheyenne is the girl who was raised on a ranch and Chanel is the fashionista growing up in a big city.

What is her style?
So it's no surprise that her style is a mix of country and city smart. It's the contrast between lots of colour, suede, cowboy boots and jeans, and black, leather and silver.

Why do we love her?
Shea Marie has the looks of a true Californian chick (when wearing sunglasses, she even slightly resembles Rachel Zoe). A life in L.A. we dream of all the time. Professional and diverse photos. But we just dig her cool style of mixing and matching different styles, and best of all: her creations are all wearable!

These are our favorite looks by Shea Marie. Curious about her blog? Check it out here!

Eye make-up
Do you prefer a sweet soft look or a striking 'out there' look? With the colour pink, you can have it both ways. Because of the many different tones, there is always one that is suitable for creating your favourite look.

Below you'll find a few inspirational images for finding your perfect look. As you can see they do use a black eye pencil/ black eye liner for enhancing the eyelashes. Which is often necessary because pink is not a colour that brings a lot of definition to your eyes, causing you to look a bit funny.

How to wear | White jeans
When it's done right, you can wear white jeans all year long. But still, we choose to grab 'em out of our closet when warmer days have arrived.

White jeans are very critical though. Not only because every - single - spot is visible, but our legs can be visible sometimes. That is not always the prettiest sight (thank you cellulite..). That's why it is so important to find a pair of jeans that are of good quality and fit the right way.

The fashion bloggers below show us how to wear the white jeans.
